I didn't receive my confirmation email

Sometimes, receipts might be delayed due to heavy site traffic; please allow up to 24 hours. Check your spam/junk folder. You can also check your purchase information in My Purchases or manage your reservations under My Reservations.

The Zoom link isn't working

Your Zoom or Google meet link will be enabled 10 minutes before the activity begins. It is displayed with the activity in the My Reservations page. If you still have issues, contact your instructor.

I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password by going to Accounts > Account Access in the site header. If problems persist, contact support.

How do I report a technical issue?
