How do I message my attendees?
To message your attendees as an instructor or organizer (i.e., the person who listed the activity, which may or may not be the same individual), go to the Instructor's Activities menu, select the relevant activity, and click on Message Attendees. You can then send a group message to all enrolled attendees for that activity. Your attendees will receive an email with a link to your message. If they respond, you will also get an email notification with a link to reply directly to the attendee.
Alternatively, if you’re the instructor teaching, you can message your attendees by logging into Promoga through your mobile browser (not the app), as this feature is not available on desktop browsers. In the bottom right corner, you’ll see a chat icon. Click on it to send a private 1-on-1 message or a group message to your students. Please note that group messages will be visible to all students, and they can see the entire conversation.
