Can I cancel what I bought?

Yes, you can cancel your purchase up to 48 hours after the time of purchase or 48 hours before the first reserved session, whichever occurs first. After that time, you can no longer get a refund. You'll see all your purchases on 'My Purchases' with a link to 'Cancel Purchase' where appropriate. However, if the purchase is FREE then you can cancel up to 24 hours before the first reserved session. See the Terms of Use.
